- Registered Nurse IIIAPPLY
- Provision, Supervision and planning or nursing care of patients at an outpatient department or wards in a hospital, Health Center and Dispensary;Assess patients’ admission needs for nursing services;Verify and maintain information relating to patients’ admissions;Keep records of drugs and other supplies; andGuide, supervise and counsel staff and perform routine clinical duties.Be in possession of at least the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C with at least a C in Biology, English or Kiswahili and a C- in any other two (2) Science Subjects; andHave successfully completed a here (3) years pre-service training at Kenya Medical Training College or at any other recognized training institution and have been awarded the Kenya Registered Nurse, or Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse Diploma or Kenya Registered Midwifery.Be Registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya.Be in possession of a valid practicing license.
- Chief Supply Chain Management Officer – Internal AdvertAPPLY
- Responsible for the management and coordination of the Supply Chain Management Services in the County.Providing support to the Director, ensure that all Supply Chain Management processes are fully implemented effectively within time.Providing administrative guidelines on implementation and interpretation of Public Procurement Disposal Act 2005 and supporting Regulation.Planning and coordination of Supplies Management Services.Enforcement of Government Procurement regulations, systems and procedures.Managing the procurement of goods and services for the County.Manage stores and assets of the County Government.Administer the demand management process.Monitor and evaluate Supply Chain Management prescripts.Preparation of supplies estimates of expenditure and control of vote book.Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Director, Supply Management Services.Be a Kenyan Citizen.Have served in the supply Chain Unit of a busy public sector organization for a period of not less than five (5) years or a comparable or relevant position in the private sector in a senior management positionHave a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following; Procurement and Supplies Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.Have a post graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management.Have shown exemplary leadership and management qualities and meet the requirements of leadership and integrity set out in chapter six (6) in the constitution.Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working with the use of ICT equipment in processing Procurement transaction.A recognized member of KISM and/ CIP in good and regular studying.Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Procurement Management.Familiarity and disposal Act 2005.Having a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, will be an added advantage.

- Be a Kenyan Citizen;Served in the grade of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum period of three (3) years;A Diploma in Supplies Management or its approved equivalent from a recognized institution;A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: – Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement and Supplies Management, Marketing, Law or their equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya; andDemonstrated general administrative ability required for direction, control and implementation of Public Procurement and Disposal Act.In addition to the above requirements, an officer must have the following key competencies; Integrity and commitment to produce results;Create an innovative, problem solving, transformative and resource management skills;Ability to work with minimum supervision; andGood knowledge in supply chain management.Assist in compilation, collation and analysis of Supply Chain Management date/issues from Ministries/Department;Monitoring implementation of the Supply Chain Management policies, guidelines and procedures issued from time to time and recommending appropriate action;Planning, coordinating, organizing and controlling activities in Supply Chain Management unit in a Ministry/Department; andEnsuring the correct interpretation and implementation of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005, the regulations, procedures and other statutes that impact on Supply Chain Management.
