How do I create a candidate account?
Click Register, choose Candidate, fill in your details and verify your email if required. You can then upload a CV and complete your profile.
Is it free to search and apply for jobs?
Browsing jobs is free. Applying on-site is free for candidates. Optional CV packages unlock more CV slots and premium tools.

How do I post a job?
Register as an Employer, complete your company profile, then use Post a Job. New listings may need admin approval before they go live.
Do I need a package to advertise?
You can post according to the plans available under Employer → Packages. Featured or multiple listings usually require an active package.

How do applications work?
Open a job and follow the apply method: on this site (CV + cover letter), by email, or via an external careers URL.
Can I track my applications?
Yes. Candidates see Applied Jobs under the candidate dashboard.
Payments
M-Pesa, cards, PayHero and packages
Which payment methods do you accept?
Depending on admin settings: M-Pesa (Daraja), card payments (Stripe), and PayHero (M-Pesa STK).
When is my package activated?
After successful payment confirmation (STK callback or Stripe webhook), benefits are applied to your account automatically.

How many CVs can I upload?
Free accounts have a limited number of CVs. Buy a CV package under Candidate → CV Packages for more slots.
Is there a resume builder?
Yes. Candidates can use Resume Builder templates from the candidate account menu.

Do you list certification centres?
We may publish guidance and partner information under this category. Contact us if you represent a training or certification centre in Kenya.

Login, password and privacy
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page. Choose a strong password with upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character.
How do you protect my data?
We use hashed passwords, secure sessions and role-based access. Never share your password or M-Pesa PIN.
